What we collect

Email address, hashed password, submitted receipt images, and payout destination (PayPal email or gift-card recipient).

How we use it

To verify receipts, calculate cashback, deliver payouts, and prevent fraud. We do not sell or rent personally identifiable data.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time from the Account tab, or by emailing privacy@topcashbackapp.com.

Retention

Receipt images are retained for 18 months for audit purposes, then permanently deleted.
